production equipment
The ROPACK team has completed another project focused on implementing autonomous heat supply solutions. A modular solid-fuel boiler plant with a capacity of 0.5 MW has been installed and commissioned, equipped with boilers manufactured by the Ukrainian company RETRA. The system provides stable hot water supply and ensures comfortable working conditions for the personnel of the State Emergency Service unit.
The project was implemented with the support of an international humanitarian organization, which enabled the prompt delivery of equipment and the deployment of an important infrastructure solution for continuous operational needs.
The modular design of the boiler plant allows for quick installation, connection, and commissioning without extensive construction work.
The system operates on solid fuel, ensuring autonomy and cost efficiency.
Possible fuel types:
firewood
coal
briquettes
peat
wood-processing waste
husk briquettes
straw, waste paper, and other biomass fuels
This flexibility makes it possible to optimize operating costs depending on available regional fuel resources.
After installation and commissioning, the boiler plant ensures a stable hot water supply, improves the autonomy of the facility, and creates more comfortable working conditions for rescuers in their daily duties.
This project illustrates a practical engineering approach that combines efficiency, reliability, and social value in a single solution.
